Everybody who is remotely awake realizes that our Marxist-in-Chief would like nothing better than to be able to say he had gutted the Second Amendment and foisted some sort of gun control on Americans, all the while claiming he had nothing to do with it. His Marxist administration, with the able assistance of St. Hilary has come up with the possibility of a United Nations gun control treaty, whereby the UN will get to decide how we should interpret the Second Amendment. Why is the United Nations so concerned about Americans having firearms? The answer to that should be obvious. No UN dictatorship of the proletariat can be forced upon the United States as long as her citizens are free to exercise their Second Amendment rights and so Obama needs to find some way to curtail those rights so the UN can do its thing here. Senator Jerry Moran from Kansas has introduced into the Senate S 2205 which would prohibit the Obama administration from negotiating away our Second Amendment rights. The UN Arms Trade Treaty is nothing more than a backdoor attempt to put massive restrictions on our Second Amendment rights Negotiations on the treaty are being held behind closed doors, naturally--what else would you expect from an administration as "transparent" as the present one? As bad as the Bush administration was, it declined to have anything to do with this treaty. The Obama administration fairly jumped at the chance to sock it to gunowners. All of us across the country need to contact our senators and tell them we want them to co-sponsor Senator Moran's bill and to vote for it when and if it comes up. At this point there are even twelve Democratic senators that have agreed to support this bill. If the bill does manage to get passed you can expect the current Marxist administration to try to tell us that UN sovereignty trumps US sovereignty, which it doesn't but Obama wishes it did and if Americans don't react to this he will try to tell us it does and hope we are all too stupid to know the difference. This is an election year. We need to held these senators' feet to the fire on this one. Contact your senators and tell them to support S 2205.

Comrade Obama has done something he has wanted to do for a long time now--endorse sodomite marriage. After his silver-tongued vice-president beat him to the punch on this issue he figured he'd better get on the stick and slide his endorsement in there. Needless to say what passes for the news media is ecstatic because this is probably where many of them are at. Newsweek Magazine for May 21st came out with a picture of Obama on the front page, looking angelic, with a halo over his head, which they hastened to add, had been dubbed a "gaylo." Obama has tried to explain to incredulous Christians that all he is doing is fulfilling the Golden Rule by trying to legitimize sodomy. His argument will not hold water, not that he cares. You can practice the Golden Rule without endorsing perversion, but Obama doesn't or won't realize that. Here is an arrogant tinpot politician that thinks he can shake his fist in God's face and get away with it. God is not mocked and what a man sows is what he will reap. Obama has yet to find that out, but give him time. He will. Andrew Sullivan wrote an article about this for Newsweek called "The First Gay President." That should thrill Obama right down to the ground. Sullivan, in his article noted: "Today Obama did more than make a logical step. He let go of fear...He is clearly prepared to let the political chips fall as they may. That's why we elected him. That's the change we believed in." It may be the "change" you believe in Mr. Sullivan but most decent folks are not really happy with such "change." If all his rhetoric has been about this kind of "change" then the American people were sold a pig in a poke and it's time they started realizing it. The media loves it. I'm sure the "in' crowd in Hollyweird loves it and I'm sure various assorted perverts around the country love it. Will the average American put up with it? Will his preacher at church put up with it? If we do, then I guess we deserve what we get and we will go the way of both ancient Israel and Rome--perverting ourselves to death.
