Will they still try to deny their thieving communistic ways? Is the general populace really that dumbed down? Are the people just too fearful? I just dont get it? Funny thing is not too long ago, i had a republican rep(not much better). I sent him an email and explained their socialistic tendencies, how i was opposed to socialism, it didnt matter to me if it was leftist communism, or rightist facism. If it continued, I would declare my independence and consider myself in a state of nature. His reply was that instead of being an independent, I should stick with the Republican party. Sorry, but what the hades? Do these people know anything? I have a high school diploma (barely), and I think I know more about political philosophy, and history than these nitwits who have degrees (supposedly) in it.
Ken, Over the years I've known 3 or 4 congressmen and I have to say that although the ones I knew were personally honest, they had no idea what really went on in Washington and worse, you couldn't tell them. They couldn't grasp it. What I'd threaten my republican congressman with is the threat to start voting independent and trying to get all your friends to do the same. Tell him you are going to start writing letters to the editors of local papers urging folks to quit supporting either tweedle dee or tweedle dum and voting indendent. Ive watched the Republican Party in recent years and seen their literature--where they advocate voting Republican to oppose the "liberal Democrats." Problem is they never think to tell you about the liberal Republicans. I don't doubt for a minute that with your high school diploma you probably know more truth about political philosophy than some of those with degrees. Years ago, someone told me that PHD stood for "piled higher and deeper" and often I think that's the case. More people are awake now to Obama's Marxism than have been previously, but it's still not enough. Al
