It becomes more evident that Obama and his Marxist cohorts are really almost terrified that their efforts in Taxachusetts might not be enough to defeat the Republican candidate.
Just this evening (Jan 17th) I read an AP dispatch written by Charles Babington in which he stated: "A panicky White House and Democratic allies scrambled Sunday for a plan to salvage their hard-fought health care package in case a Republican wins Tuesday's Senate race in Massachusetts." He continued: "The likeliest scenario would require persuading House Democrats to accept a bill the Senate passed last month, despite their objection to several parts...The newly discussed fallback would require House Democrats to swallow hard and approve the Senate-passed bill without changes. President Barack Obama could sign it into law without another Senate vote needed."
Such sleazy tactic really demonstrate the "transparency" of the present Marxist regime. The end does justify the means for the current regime--anything goes to get what they want.
Even at this late date, Obama is obsessed with the possibility that, after all the wheeling and dealing Comrades Reid and Pelosi did and all the people they bribed and bought off, this bill might not make it--so the last little underhanded trick must be employed to assure that a Republican Senator from Taxachusetts, should he be elected, doesn't get to vote on this bill.
Some might even be tempted to question the transparency of the current regime. After all, the public wasn't privy to all the back room deals that were made to get this monstrosity to its present state. We found out, after the fact, that certain Senators had been bought off with various "gifts" for their home states--one of them being our august Senator from here in Louisiana. May this be her last term in office! Louisiana voters need to put this lady out to pasture. And we've got a supposedly "conservative" House member from South Louisiana that voted for this thing too. Let's hope we have enough common sense to dispense with his services when he runs again.
One wonders how mad George Soros will be if Obama can't pull this political stunt off. Will he be mad enough to turn the media wolves loose on Obama?
No one can say we don't live in "interesting" times.
