I agree. I cant believe our country is in the shape that it is in. No matter what anyone says, eight years of Bush has practically ruined us. He was the President...he was in charge...he was ultimately responsible. Period.
Lisa. Thanks for your comments. While I do not disagree with what you wrote, I feel that the Congress, both Houses, are the real culprits. Even with the last election and with a new philosopy governing Washington all you have to do is look at what the members identified as stimulus items and even in the face of media criticism would not back down and remove these items from the bill. Dumb, dumb dumb. Although I am not a fan of Mike Huckabee he is raising, once again, the concept of term limits (12 years) as the only vehicle to clean that place out.
