ABC reported that on Sunday Evening (Sept. 27) between 20,000 and 30,000 Virginians waited in the rain for about three hours to hear JB and BHO speak. JB was in danger of falling off the stage during BHO's speech and had to be warned.
After arriving late, and following JB, BHO spoke for 30 minutes, waxing eloquent about the rain and clouds being metaphors for the election season.
