There will not be any predictions from this source, HOWEVER..............

I will make some well thoughtout observations:

  1. The Virginia Tech football team (Hokies to the enlightened) will be a powerhouse in 2010.

  2. UVA's new football coach will be moderately successful only because he has to play the team which he inherited.

  3. The Washington Redskins will have a new coach (no brainer); will get rid of some of the closet prima donnas and win 10 games and make the playoffs.

New Subject.  The President will have a better second year than he had in his first if he is able to junk some of his Chicago pals along with the Liberal agenda he brought with him to the WH.  It is to be so hoped.

Second New Subject.  Virginia Governor Bob Mc Donnell has one of the toughest jobs in the Nation  because Gov. Kaine has wrung most of the fat out of the Virginia budget and there is no money for a transportation initiative which is desperately needed and will not go away but only escalate.

Finally, neither the President nor the Governor will get any personal sympathy from me although I wish each of them good fortune because they each spent a ton of time and money to get the jobs which they now have.  A confirmation of the adage.....watch out for what you wish, because you might just get it.
