REQUIREMENTS TO REQUEST AN EXHIBITION:
1. Be a current BRAA paid member (for 2008) and continue paid membership in 2009.
2. Be an approved BRAA Exhibiting Artist (for procedures for becoming one see
Exhibiting artist approval procedures
3. Currently have a volunteer position for BRAA and continue with or volunteer for a new position in 2009 OR pay the additional BRAA Exhibiting Artist Fee -- we would really prefer you volunteer : ) Email Larry Mitchell to become a volunteer (drldmm@comcast.net).

PROCEDURES FOR REQUESTING AN EXHIBITION:
1. Contact the respective gallery coordinator with a copy to me, the Community Galleries Program Coordinator (patriciabevan@mac.com)
2. Indicate the exhibition slot that you would like to have (you may request a total of two slots for 2009 but the requests must be for two different galleries. (For two different galleries send two different emails, please.)
3. Indicate what BRAA volunteer position you currently have and what position you anticipate for 2009 OR indicate that you have paid the BRAA Exhibiting Artist Fee for 2008 and whether you will pay the fee for 2009 or will volunteer.

NOTE: Slots are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis, so the sooner you apply, the better chance you will have of getting your requested exhibition slot(s). You will be notified by email if you have received a slot(s). You also can check www.braa.arts.bev.net/galleries/09-galleries.html to view the community gallery slots as they are filled.

NOTE: The gallery installation and removal dates are approximately the 15th of January, July, and October, 2009. Exception: Mill Mountain Coffee and Tea is on a 6-week schedule beginning on December 15, 2008 and ending December 15, 2009.
