Offered by the Arts Council of the Blue Ridge on the topic of web marketing : August 21, 6-8pm in Floyd and August 23, 9-11am in Roanoke. The workshop will be led by Bob Hamilton and is for those beginning to learn the basics of web site design and social networking. Bob will guide you through how to create your first web-site and ways to reach a new audience and exciting clientele. No prior web-design experience necessary. He will also discuss the popular web social networks: Facebook and Myspace, which are not just for kids anymore. The workshop is free to members of The Arts Council of the Blue Ridge, $7.50 for Jacksonville Center members and $15.00 for non-members.
