You may remember that a
many-many-million dollar lawsuit was filed by
Roger Woody against four Christiansburg women, including the T's. For a short period of time, news of
another lawsuit Mr. Woody was involved in caused people to believe that the suit against the bloggers (and non-bloggers) had been dropped. It hasn't been dropped.
In fact, on Thursday July 31, at 9:30 am, there will be a hearing on the demurrers previously filed by the defendants' various legal counsel.
If you are a fan of the First Amendment, or just interested in the affairs of government in Christiansburg (the overarching theme of our blog, if you aren't a regular reader) come to the 4th floor courtroom to observe the proceedings.
