Title look funny? If you think so, why does it look funny? Because it's different? The way you looked at the title of this blog is very comparable to the way I have been looked at walking into a chapter visit.
If something or someone invades our daily routine, many times (I am totally guilty of this) we give a "dirty" look, or a look of confusion. Walking into a chapter visit, I have received many of these looks. Not only from students but from staff members as well. It is awesome to watch all of the questions formulating in their minds so early in the morning. Sadly very few of these wonderers seize the moment. They simply pass by, asking no questions, then are left to ponder throughout the day.
On January 2, 2009 I am opening a door of questions and opportunities. I will have ample opportunities to state the title of this blog. The title wo jiao shang Allyson translated from chinese to english means my name is Allyson. On January 2, 2009 I will be on an airplane traveling to San Fransisco. I have never been on a plane. From San Fransisco I will board another plane travelig to China.
Talk about anxious, I am scared/happy/nervous/excited. I am the only one from WV taking part in the International Leadership Seminar for State Officers. I will keep you guys updated prior to China.
