I hope that each of you had a GREAT National FFA Week!!!!!!!!!
My FFA Week was very eventful. I made a chapter visit to Monroe County. I really enjoyed meeting more of the members there and I really enjoyed having lunch with the officer team. It was a great way to finish up my visits. Thank you guys for having me there and making me feel at home, even though we may not agree on the score of the basketball game the previous night.
During FFA Week, my home chapter, Greenbrier East held the 2nd annual Tractorcade. I was invited to drive in that and was very pleased with the turn out. There were newspaper reporters and TV stations there. It was such a blast. Thank you Greenbrier East for inviting me to participate again!!!!! It was so much fun and a great way to get out the word about FFA and American Agriculture.
I hope that everyone’s Ham, Bacon, Egg sales are going well!!!!!!! Good luck to all those members who will be exhibiting in the sales. Also good luck to those of you who will be participating in Scholastic Contest that are coming up now.
I will be attending the Southeastern Scholastic Contest at Liberty High School. I am very excited to see all the members I have met this year and watch the events. Good luck to each of you and remember, no matter your placing, being brave enough to compete makes you a winner in my eyes!!!!!!!!!
