This past Thursday and Friday were, well, extremely interesting. On Thursday Scott was leaving Keyser at around 4:00 to head to Greenbrier East for his chapter visit. While I was sitting in class I received a text from Scott saying that his truck was running hot and was leaking oil. So obviously this was not good news and Scott didn’t know how he was going to make it down there. Well the next thing I knew it was 5:00 and I was packing, grabbing my car keys and heading to Greenbrier with Scott. Other then the fact that we got slightly lost because our directions didn’t mention a pretty important turn but it was ok because that only put us back about an hour. Well we finally made it to Greenbrier and stayed for the night. The next morning we were up early and heading to Greenbrier East High School. We got there, Scott put on his workshops which went really well, we got to meet a lot of fantastic people, and I know I had a blast. We left Greenbrier around 4:00 and headed back for Keyser. We pulled into Keyser around 8:00. I had an absolutely amazing time with Scott at Greenbrier East and Thank you to all the great members of that chapter for making it very memorable.
