Since the last time I wrote a blog a lot of stuff has happened in my very fast paced life. National Convention has come and past. I had a blast and made memories that will last a lifetime. I cannot wait to go back!!!
Thanksgiving has come and gone. I realized this Thanksgiving how thankful I am for the gifts God has given me and my loving family but by the end of the week I was over due to go back to good ol’ Potomac State. We had three weeks until we would yet again leave for a long break away from all the friends we have mead this first semester. I survived my first college dead week and finals!! I pray that I did ok!
I would like to wish everyone a Merry CHRISTMAS and a safe and happy new year.
Today I felt like I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off. I started off my day by barely getting hit by a deer! I mean the deer skimmed my back bumper of my truck! Wow. Sometimes those creatures amaze me. I get into cell phone service where I proceed to call Jada three million times to no answer at the other end of the line. I had left my scarf at school and was having major computer problems with my workshop. By the Time I was supposed to be at Mineral County Vo Tech I had managed to run back to school, CVS, and make it in time. I nearly cried when I saw Jada when I walked in. I told Jada what all had happened and she calmed me down enough to breathe and think about what I had to do. All in all the day was good but at 1:20 when the bell rang for my last session to be done I jumped in my truck and had to be back in Jefferson County at Washington High School FFA Christmas Party. I made it in good time with no time to spare.
Hope everyone has a Great Holiday season! Until next time J
