college will keep you busy and even when you think things can't get any busier, guess what? they do. i really like it though. over the past month I have experienced only a few of the wonderful experiences that I'm sure I will in my first year of college but it's great! i've met alot of really great new people and made some really great friends. i've even got to promote agriculture and FFA because most people in this county and the surrounding ones dont have FFA chapters or are even familiar with the FFA like most of us are. richwood, midland trail, fayetteville, webster springs...just to name a few who are ffa chapterless and could definetely use an FFA chapter for sure! when people dont know about the FFA, i'm like....what?! i guess cause it's one of the only things through highschool I kept my nose in, lol. anyways, college is good and i'm hoping to get a new job in the next couple of weeks so I can't wait to start that either. i definetely need some extra spending money, college will drain your bank account daily!
tomorrow, all officers are meeting at flatwoods at the days inn hotel to plan for the upcoming winterleadership conference and to keep the ball rolling and get it moving faster for this upcoming year. also, we are doing a group chapter visit to braxton co. high school, thanks for letting us come!, and we hope to accomplish alot of great things there. eleanor, nick and i will be doing a workshop together that has been planned well and i'm sure you guys will like what we have in store for you as well as what the other officers have planned.
[: this year has been so great so far and the Lord has blessed me tremendously over the past month.
