Where has the summer gone? It seems just like yesterday that I just graduated from high school. This summer marked the end to what has been my life since I was nine. My last: 4-H Camp, Judging event, and sadly my last county fair. This year at the fair I chose to show a Market Steer. It was a very good learning experience. I also won Senior Novice Beef Showmanship.
I now attend college with four of my fellow officers at Potomac State College. It has been very fun and exciting so far. We find lots of things to get into here. It is a very big change in life, a very fun one at that.
Tommorow the four of us are going to pack up and head to Flatwoods for our fall meeting. This weekend promises to be an exciting one I am sure.
