We are almost two weeks into the new year.. Time is already flying by!! I hope that those that have made New Year’s resolutions are still sticking with them. Good luck! I have started my second semester at Potomac State. This is the first week of classes and other than having to be up bright and early for classes everything is going good. I would like everyone to remember, as my dad says "every semester is a fresh start." Indeed it is, it is a chance to redeem yourself and there is always room for improvement. Best of luck to everyone in school this semester.

Last Wednesday I headed to Jada's house to go over our WLC workshop. We spent the evening going over the workshop. We also managed to smoke up her whole house and even had the dog gaging. The oven was smoking so bad that we had to open the doors and sit the smoke detectors outside. Believe me it was a cold cold day to have the doors open. Good thing is we did not burn any food just the turkey juice in the bottom of the oven. We also made homemade banana splits. Thanks to my wonderful nephew I came down with the stomach flu that night as well... I am very grateful that I had Jada, Teresa and Mark to take care of me. THANKS, I OWE YOU GUYS!!. So I lived off of toast and jello for two days.

We were suppose to have our winter officer meeting last Saturday. However, due to the snowy roads we were unable to have it. Therefore, the officers will be meeting this Friday in Morgantown to put the finishing touches on WLC. It is going to be a blast!! I hope that everyone enjoys it!

As always if anyone needs anything feel free to email me at ajwalker09@yahoo.com

Until next time..............
