It is that time of the year again; time for the Ham, Bacon and Egg Sales. This past Thursday I left school and went and got my car serviced then headed to Baker, WV to East Hardy High School for the South Branch Ham, Bacon and Egg Sale. Soon after I got to the school, I ate a delicious meal. I then headed out to my car to get my record book. In the meantime, I managed to smash my thumb in my car door :( Also, I got to deliver a speech to the members and guests. It was great to get to meet new FFA members and get to catch up with old friends.
This afternoon around 3, Beth and I met up in Keyser and headed to Charleston to meet up with the rest of our gang. Once we got here we ate at Cracker Barrel and then attempted to find out hotel. After going to the wrong Holiday Inn we finally found the right one where Jada, Scott and Nick were waiting on us. Tomorrow we will meet up with the of the state officers and Mr. Taylor and Mr. Hughes to help out with the State Ham, Bacon and Egg Sale. We all look forward to seeing all of the members.
